We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Aerospace & Defence (EMEA) to lead and support complex, multi‑million‑euro programs across the region. This role has end‑to‑end responsibility for program delivery, customer engagement, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
The position plays a key role in driving systems engineering initiatives, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting the growth of the aerospace and defence portfolio.
Lead and support bids and delivery for large, complex aerospace and defence programs, including oversight of commercial and contract management activities
Develop and implement strategic systems engineering initiatives across EMEA aligned with business objectives
Manage customer engagements, including audits, capability assessments, and resolution of non‑conformities
Chair program and project board meetings, providing direction, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment with objectives
Maintain regular, structured communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective issue resolution
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and successful program delivery
Provide full lifecycle program management support from initiation through to closure
Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance frameworks, and delegation of authority requirements
Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support organisational priorities

Experience & Qualifications
Solid understanding of program and project management principles (IPMA Level C or higher preferred)
Experience managing industrial or system‑level projects in international environments

Proficiency in German and English (professional working level)
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentations
