Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for introducing and maintaining existing and new products and the associated production processes.
• You will support production in the introduction or modification of assemblies or devices.
• You will analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes in terms of quality, costs, and throughput times.
• As part of an international project team, you will ensure the smooth series introduction of new products.
• You will exchange ideas with our R&D team (development) in order to drive forward the future-oriented development of our products - your own ideas are very welcome.
• As an internal interface, you will work closely with our colleagues from strategic purchasing, the global R&D team, production & logistics, and the quality department.

YOUR PROFILE

You Have Completed Technical Training As a State-certified Technician (m/f/d) Or Have An Equivalent Qualification (e.g., Mechatronics Engineer). With At Least 3 Years Of Professional Experience In An Industrial Environment, You Have Practical Knowledge In This Field. In Addition, You Also Have

• Confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP
• You recognize problems and know how to solve them
• Team spirit and initiative
• You occasionally travel to our other international locations to advance your topics on site (approx. 5% per year)
• You are also fluent in German and have a good command of English
