Your prospective job

For our client from aerospace you are acting as a Production Planner (m / f / d) at the location Oberusel.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and support the Zero Harm programme.
• Ensure processes can achieve and sustain design definition, and that products conform to specification. Raise, investigate and resolve safety issues.
• Drive a zero defects culture. Ensure compliance to company, legislative and technical standards including RRMS, SABRe, Export Control and IP.
• Apply manufacturing process controls and act as MEA or PCA signatory where applicable.
• Identify and develop new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies.
• Plan and manage activities (schedule, resources, costs), communicate status, and resolve issues to meet timelines.
• Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes using data to demonstrate and improve capability.
• Work with Commodity Leaders and Process Owners to drive consistent best practice.
• Collaborate with interfacing teams, capture lessons learnt and share best practices via Communities of Practice.
• Take ownership for self-development and provide coaching and technical support to others
• Build relationships with partners and suppliers to enable objective delivery

Your profile

• Completed studies in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Recognised engineering accreditation (e.g. IEng or CEng) preferred
• Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes
• General understanding of relevant manufacturing processes and systems
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
