Job description
Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, bills of materials, and cost calculations for composite materials
- Implementation of technical changes in production documents such as SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions) or digital lay-up books
- Request and contribution to tooling design for manufacturing
- Review and approval of technical drawings and regulatory documents
- Clarification of technical issues in production and handling of non-conformities
- Root cause analysis of production issues and definition of corrective actions
- Execution of PFMEA analyses (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) as part of cross-functional teams
- Involvement in the Core 4.0 optimization project
Requirements
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or composite materials
- Several years of experience in work preparation as well as in manufacturing / production
- Solid knowledge in plastics and rubber technology, project management, supply chain / logistics, and experience as a technical clerk
- Confident working with MS Office, SAP, and Google Suite
- Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
