Fritz&Muller we are working for a leading multinational food production company, recognized for its innovation, quality, and global presence. The company is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at its manufacturing site in the Stuttgart Area, Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure a smooth workflow across all lines
• Lead production planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervise shift managers and production staff, fostering a safe, efficient, and motivating work environment
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, R&D, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in production management within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operational excellence methodologies
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
