Your Role
  • You define the portfolio strategy for the fibres & texture portfolio in Europe based on the global business unit.
  • You drive business development in collaboration with the sales team by engaging in customer visits, projects, and briefings to share product and market knowhow.
  • You monitor revenue development and sales activities within your responsibility using performance indicators such as turnover, sales, and market share.
  • You are responsible for P & L for the fiber portfolio in Europe.
  • You develop and implement measures to improve revenue in collaboration with Sales.
  • You define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform the product roadmap and lifecycle management.
  • You manage the regional assortment of the Business Unit, ensuring its competitiveness and profitability.
  • You evaluate regional innovation and sales project pipelines, identifying opportunities for scaling globally.
  • You conduct in-house training for sales, application, and technical product managers to deepen product understanding.
Your Profile
  • You have a successful track record as a sales or technical sales manager for Food & Beverage texturizers, especially functional fibers.
  • You hold a degree in food technology, business administration, or a similar field.
  • You have proven experience in creating and executing sustainable business development strategies.
  • You possess a strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage directly and honestly with clients, fostering partnerships.
  • You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • You demonstrate resilience and motivation to achieve goals.
  • You can handle ambiguity, manage change, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
