About the Project

ELVA is a mobile app with a subscription for exclusive video content and tools for video creation. We are scaling and looking for a Product Manager (Growth) who will take ownership of experiments, conversion, and unit economics of subscription products.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager (Growth) to drive ELVA’S subscription growth. You’ll own A/B tests, pricing experiments, onboarding optimization, and unit economics modeling, working closely with marketing and analytics teams. This is a hands‑on role where your experiments and insights will directly impact acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Build and prioritize a growth tests roadmap (A/B tests of subscription offers, pricing tests, onboarding flow) to increase conversion and subscribers across mobile and web platforms.
  • Closely collaborate with the performance marketing team, analysts, and BI department to accurately calculate CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period and optimize the budget.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and monitor their achievement (DAU, MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, MRR, churn).
  • Set up, analyze, and automate dashboards in BI (Looker / Tableau / internal dashboards) for quick insights and decision‑making.
  • Conduct deep‑deep analytics: cohort analysis, LTV forecasting, unit economics modeling.
  • Implement customer feedback loops and usability tests to identify features that accelerate subscription growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager Growth / Subscription in mobile apps.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing of pricing models and subscription offers.
  • Strong knowledge of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) and skills in calculation/modeling.
  • Hands‑on experience working with performance marketing (CPI/CPA campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, or programmatic).
  • Solid BI skills (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, SQL) and experience with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Experience in building and maintaining growth dashboards and real‑time metric monitoring.
