IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced in technical product management with 4+ years of practice, including building strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch
  • Strong in Agentic AI or Generative AI, with proven experience in developing solutions or driving growth in these areas
  • Accustomed to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and programming best practices
  • Confident in designing scalable and efficient solution architectures
  • Experienced in delivering crystallized IP or products, such as PoCs or trials for customers
  • Proficient in driving product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussions
  • Skilled in presenting technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in research and development (R&D) and lean startup principles
  • Effective in collaborating, building consensus, and driving technical decisions with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong in technical leadership, project management, analytical problem‑solving, and troubleshooting
  • Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or a related field (master’s, PhD, MBA, or innovation management degree would be a plus)
  • Capable of communicating fluently in English at a B2 level or higher for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Create a unique product based on Agentic AI together with the SoftServe team
  • Collaborate with researchers, engineers, customers, and leadership to bring deep technologies from early concepts and idea validation to pilots and scaled solutions
  • Drive the growth and scaling of R&D products and services, moving innovation from the lab to the market
  • Perform market research and customer discovery to identify needs and validate product‑market fit
  • Design and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Analyze research publications and collaborate with senior researchers to define scope, expectations, and risks
  • Work with clients, prospects, sales, and marketing teams to commercialize developed technologies and offerings
  • Engage in pre‑sales and client interactions to define innovation strategies and roadmaps for deep tech products
