Your Role

  • As part of your challenging role, you will develop base formulations and applications for beer, beer mix, and malt beverages.
  • In addition to selecting suitable raw materials, you will act as an expert advisor for internal and external inquiries regarding existing products and new product concepts.
  • You will independently produce samples of our products.
  • As part of a strong team, you will support new and ongoing customer projects and independently coordinate customer workshops.
  • You will work closely with colleagues (m/f/d) from the respective market segments and thus contribute to the implementation of new trends.
  • In your function, you will be responsible for considering food law and regulatory aspects.
  • Thanks to your expertise, you will provide technical and operational support in scale-up processes and in our pilot plant.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in product development, particularly in the production, development, and marketing of beverages, ideally in the malt/beer sector.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in brewing and/or beverage technology, food technology, or comparable training/education (e.g., technician or brewmaster (m/f/d)).
  • Solid knowledge of the brewing process, malt production, and quality assurance is an advantage.
  • As a specialist (m/f/d) in your field, you are highly familiar with the ingredients used as well as the relevant technologies.
  • Your colleagues (m/f/d) value your dynamic and results-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
  • You impress with your positive and innovative personality.
  • Your structured and detail-oriented way of working is complemented by your strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • During your previous roles, you have gained experience with SAP.
  • You are proficient in both German and English
