A leading construction tech firm in Berlin is seeking a Product Designer to enhance user experience on their next-gen collaborative scheduling platform. You will work closely with a small team, iterate rapidly, and contribute to impactful product features aimed at improving construction project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Figma, and a passion for user-centric design. koppla is building the next-gen collaborative scheduling platform for construction, helping project managers keep projects on time by identifying delays and disruptions before they impact timelines. As a Product Designer at koppla, your work will directly impact how our customers can improve their construction projects with the help of our platform. Your role will be crucial in shaping the user experience, ensuring that our tools are not only effective but also intuitive and visually compelling. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn complex construction management concepts into user-friendly designs. This role is about rapid iteration, direct feedback and continuous improvement, all aimed at delivering a product that stands out in the fast-paced tech landscape.
Compensation: €60k-75k + 25% of your base salary in equity on top
Location: Berlin (Hybrid, 2+ days/week in office)
