The Global Campaigns, Projects and Events Team is a part of Fresenius Medical Care’s Global Communications department. We work closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership and are focused on delivering impactful campaigns and events to engage with over 100,000 employees worldwide – in clinics, at production sites, and in the office – via internal and external communications channels.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled student in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in international business, media, mass communication, journalism, marketing communications or similar
- Global mindset, proactive and reliable
- Goal- and solutions-oriented
- Ability to work in a team and bring a can-do attitude
- Writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Confident in English and German (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Interest and experience with designing PowerPoint slides
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop
Your tasks
- Proactive and reliable professional to support the delivery of comprehensive communications campaigns and cross-functional FME events, observances, and global disease awareness campaigns to more than 100,000 employees worldwide, with a high level of attention to detail and good project management skills.
- Research in support of content creation for internal communications channels, e.g. intranet, as well as external channels, e.g. corporate website and corporate social media.
- Bring creativity to contribute ideas to improve the engagement of our target audiences on social media and internal channels.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of project protocols and standards to drive successful event execution. Liaise and manage internal and external service providers as required for individual projects.
- Assist in retrieving, maintaining, and updating digital performance metrics and analytics for the team.
- Bring a partnership mindset to build strong relationships with our collaborators and deliver on campaign objectives. Having an acute eye and experience in improving processes would be highly appreciated.
- Provide onsite event planning and management at FME headquarters in Bad Homburg (Germany), take ownership of tasks and ensure ongoing adherence to the project’s objective in a fun, engaging and dynamic team environment.
