The ideal candidate has 12+ years in ServiceNow consulting, a Certified ServiceNow Professional credential, and a proven track record influencing business decisions. You will engage CXOs and enterprise leadership, shaping governance and ITOM/HRSD initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CXOs, Enterprise Architects, and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Hands-on implementation expertise across ITOM, HRSD, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
• Experience in architecture, governance, integrations, CMDB, enterprise patterns, and digital transformation programs.
