We are currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing boutique ServiceNow consultancy that has recently completed several strategic acquisitions and is scaling rapidly. Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored ServiceNow implementations and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to customise and configure the platform
• Lead training sessions and facilitate workshops for clients
• Drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, either in a consultancy or internal product owner role
• Hands-on knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC)
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Confident in client-facing environments and capable of taking ownership of projects

Location: Remote (Germany-based) with occasional travel
