Job summary

Alldus seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Customer Workflows & Employee Center team. This role focuses on CS init improvements in CSM/HRSD plus Now Assist/Agentic AI, working with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable solutions.

You will collaborate with the ServiceNow Development team and Architect, contribute to testing and training, and craft user stories and process flow diagrams for successful delivery. German and English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow experience required.
• 2+ years ServiceNow BA experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) required.
• Strong communication skills in German and English required.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

• Help lead processes for ServiceNow projects for the Customer Workflows & Employee Center team, focused on advancements in CSM &/OR HRSD, as well as Now Assist/Agentic AI
• Speak with stakeholders across the business to help solve their pain points
• Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions
• Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
• Deliver testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc

Experience:

• ServiceNow experience required
• 2+ years ServiceNow BA experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin(CSA) required
• Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED
