About Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Lead to join a leading ServiceNow partner delivering innovative digital workflow and IT service management solutions to enterprise clients.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to take ownership of ServiceNow implementation projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with customers to translate business requirements into effective platform solutions.

The successful candidate will combine project leadership, customer engagement and a sound understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring that projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within agreed budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects from initial planning through to delivery and handover.
• Take responsibility for project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow consultants, developers, architects and customer stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans, delivery milestones and actionable workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committees and stakeholder presentations in German and English.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with customer requirements, technical standards and established best practices.
• Support project governance, documentation, reporting, change management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with architects and technical specialists to ensure effective solution design and implementation.
• Contribute to presales activities, project scoping, proposals and the development of customer relationships where required.
• Support and mentor project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience managing or leading IT implementation projects, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Demonstrable experience delivering ServiceNow projects, programmes or complex customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, ideally across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM or related modules.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical and functional specialists.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent German, ideally at C1 level or above, with good English proficiency.
• A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to project delivery.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Hamburg, with flexibility to attend customer meetings when required.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or relevant advanced certifications.
• Experience working for a ServiceNow partner, IT consultancy or systems integrator.
• Exposure to ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM or enterprise workflow transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting presales, solution scoping, effort estimation or commercial project discussions.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
