Job summary

Big Mamma in Berlin sucht einen erfahrenen Pizzabäcker zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams. Sie verantworten Ofenbetrieb, Teigführung und Mise en Place, arbeiten eng mit dem Küchenteam zusammen und achten auf Hygienevorschriften.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung als Pizzabäcker oder in vergleichbarer Position.

Responsibilities

• Bestände verwalten und Inventur durchführen.
• Testmenü-Rezepte entwickeln.

For our restaurant in Berlin, we are looking for the best Pizzabäcker

YOUR GOALS:

• Stock management and inventory control
• Recipe development for the test menu
• Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, with knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• Proficiency in oven use and basic dough preparation skills
• Training of junior staff
• Onboarding and team motivation
