Big Mamma in Berlin is seeking a friendly waiter/waitress to welcome guests, take orders, upsell, and process payments as part of a vibrant floor team.

You will learn our menu and wines, maintain cleanliness and service standards, support colleagues during busy shifts, and embody Big Mamma's warm, professional attitude while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-first service and personable approach.
• Experience in busy restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of Italian foods and wines is a plus.

• Be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team.
• Look after all guests in your section – follow service steps, make recommendations, upsell and process payments.
• Master knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
• Open and close the floor.
• Maintain health and safety standards and keep the floor clean and organized.

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!
• Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section - following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
• You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
• You will be opening and closing the floor.
• You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:
