Job summary

Big Mamma in Berlin sucht einen erfahrenen Pizzaiolo für das neue Pamela-Restaurant in der Charlottenstraße. Du übernimmst die Pizza-Produktion während des Services, bereitet Teig vor, kontrollierst Fermentation und führst den Ofen mit Präzision, um konstant hochwertige Pizzen zu liefern.

Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Prep und täglichen Abläufen, teilst Dein Know-how mit dem Team und trägst dazu bei, Identität, Qualität und Teamkultur von Beginn an zu stärken.

Qualifications

• Pizzaiolo-Erfahrung in Hochvolumen oder Qualitätsumgebung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Teigführung und Fermentation.
• Souveräner Umgang mit dem Ofen und beim Service.

Responsibilities

• Pizza-Produktion während des Services mit Konsistenz und Präzision.
• Teigzubereitung, Fermentation und Ofenführung gemäß Standards.
• Backen und Finishen von Pizzen auf hohem Niveau.
• Unterstützung bei Organisation von Prep und täglichen Abläufen.
• Know-how teilen und Teammitglieder unterstützen.
• Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheit.

Your role & responsibilities

• Manage pizza production during service with consistency and precision
• Prepare, control and work dough according to standards
• Ensure correct fermentation and product quality
• Bake and finish pizzas maintaining high execution standards
• Support the organization of prep and daily operations
• Share know-how and support less experienced team members
• Contribute to maintaining strong operational standards
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance

Your experience will directly contribute to shaping and strengthening the identity of our pizzeria.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as Pizzaiolo in a high-volume or quality-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and oven management
• Confidence running service independently
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure
• Team spirit and willingness to support others’ development
• Reliable, organized and proactive mindset
