Job summary

Big Mamma in Berlin sucht einen erfahrenen Pizzabäcker, der Teigkultur pflegt, Ofenentscheidungen trifft und das Mise en Place koordiniert.

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Hygiene, Qualität und die Testmenü-Entwicklung, schulen Junioren und motivieren das Team. Wir bieten eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit Vergütung plus Trinkgeld und Mitarbeiterrabatten.

Qualifications

• Erfahrener Pizzabäcker mit Fokus auf Ofenleistung.
• Basisfähigkeiten in Teigzubereitung und Mise en place.
• Vertraut mit Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Mise en Place, Ofenbetrieb und Teigbearbeitung.
• Kontrolle von Qualität, Lagerbestand und Hygiene.
• Schulung von Nachwuchskräften und Motivation des Teams.

YOUR GOALS:

• Stock management and inventory control
• Recipe development for the test menu
• Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, with knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• Proficiency in oven use and basic dough preparation skills
• Training of junior staff
• Onboarding and team motivation
