Position: Physician Practice Network Manager

Location: Munster, IN

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Physician Practices & Recruitment, manages the overall operations of said service line specialty. Ensures patient and employee satisfaction as well as maximizes the financial performance of service line specialty.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• College degree required in related field OR 5–8 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a medical setting required.
• 2–5 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a medical setting required (with college degree in related field).
• Previous successful supervisory experience of at least 10 or more employees
• Must exhibit strong leadership qualities, great communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management traits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation
• Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities necessary to interact with patients, family members, physicians, and other hospital associates.
• Must be able to manage effectively over multiple departments and facility locations.

• If working in clinical capacity, must maintain required licensure/certification including active CPR certification
