What we are looking for

Do you love producing creative videos and diving deep into campaign data? Do you think in stories but also enjoy clicking through dashboards? As a growing company with currently 40 employees we are looking to strengthen our marketing team at our Hamburg headquarters as soon as possible with a communicative and motivated and a focus on video performance marketing.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and limited to 1.5 years.

You will

• You produce video ads that not only look great but also generate leads and sales.
• You develop funnel concepts and social ad campaigns, test different variations and optimize them in close collaboration with the Senior Performance Manager.
• You are open to new technologies, keep an eye on current trends and see AI as an opportunity for continuous improvement.
• You bring a strong sense for visual design from social posts to performance creatives.
• You keep track of campaign performance, identify patterns and derive data‑driven decisions.
• You work closely with our content and social media teams at the intersection of creativity, performance and strategy.

What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in performance marketing especially in video ads (e.g. Meta, TikTok).
• A talent for storytelling, visual design and video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or Canva Pro).
• The ability to package content offerings in a way that sparks interest in yoga and meditation.
• Numbers dont scare you – you want to understand what works and why.
• Very good English skills as you will regularly collaborate with our English‑speaking team.
• You enjoy working independently, are curious, like to move things forward and bring a healthy dose of creativity.
