Your Role

We are seeking a proactive People & Administrative Associate to support our growing team across core operational functions including HR, accounting, team assistance, office management and internal support. In this broad and impactful role, you will ensure that our team operates smoothly and efficiently while helping shape internal processes in deep-tech startup. Your main tasks are:

  • Own core HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, hiring, employee documentation, personnel records and performance management.
  • Assist with accounting tasks including invoice processing, payroll, payments, expense tracking, and working with external tax advisors.
  • Create and support preparation of materials for internal and external events (e.g., customer demos, trade shows, investor relations).
  • Provide team assistance for topics like meeting preparation, internal communication, and event planning.
  • Manage office operations and suppliers for office, equipment, logistics, and workplace organization.
  • Contribute to developing and improving internal workflows, templates, processes, and documentation.
  • Support internal IT needs such as basic account administration, laptop setup, and maintaining an organized IT inventory.
Your Background
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, accounting, office management, operations, or similar functions. Preferably in a fast‑moving startup or tech environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.
  • Reliability, discretion, and professionalism when working with confidential information.
  • Hands‑on mentality with the willingness to take ownership and solve practical problems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with many different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and German for everyday professional use.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, workflow systems, and basic IT interactions.
