Overview

Partner Manager - German-speaking (m/f/d) in Berlin, Konstanz or Munich at KNIME.

KNIME is growing rapidly and we’re seeking smart, motivated, and creative people to help us achieve ambitious scaling goals while empowering the active community. This role is based in Berlin, Konstanz, or Munich.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, enable, and co-sell with partners, turning partnerships into a growth engine for new account acquisition and customer success in Europe and APAC.
  • Be the main contact for a portfolio of partners and collaborate with Data Scientists and Solution Engineers to understand client needs, support evaluations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer success.
  • Identify golden partnership opportunities, build credibility and trust, and manage relationships to ensure partner happiness and adoption of KNIME.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • A track record of success in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management at a software company.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be tenacious yet respectful, and push into new areas with or without guaranteed outcomes.
  • Understanding of data science / data analytics is ideal but not mandatory; KNIME can teach you what you need to know if you are technically capable.
