Jobtailor is seeking a senior instructional designer to lead the end‑to‑end development of technical education for customers and partners. You will design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training, tailor content for global audiences, and guide learners through complex platform tasks with best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or course development in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training and building full‑course learning content for external audiences.
• Experience creating customer‑facing education, not internal‑only training.
• Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Experience building hands‑on labs and workflow‑based training.
• Experience developing assessments aligned to learning objectives and outcomes.
• Strong project execution skills and ability to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in high‑volume, release‑driven environments.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and education stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development.
• Write requirements, track dependencies, manage concurrent priorities, and deliver on schedule.
