A leading global coffee equipment firm based in Germany is seeking an Order Operations Coordinator. The Order Operations Coordinator will work hybrid/remote from the Netherlands or Düsseldorf area and will play a central role in supporting the Global Operations Lead in managing end-to-end fulfilment across multiple regions. You will collaborate with roaster partners, major European logistics carriers, internal teams, and customer care groups to ensure smooth order flow, accurate tracking, and rapid resolution of exceptions.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of European shipping workflows – including label purchasing, label printing, and carrier tracking systems. Experience working with leading EU shippers such as DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS, PostNL, Royal Mail, or similar is highly preferred.
