Job summary

Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud specialist for freelance remote work. You will provide functional support across Talent, Learning and Compensation modules to clients on demand.

The role requires strong problem solving, independent collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on configuration, testing, and ongoing improvements. English fluency is required to communicate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of Talent, Learning, or Compensation.
• Productive configuration and support experience.
• Experience with issue analysis and enhancements.
• Good understanding of Core HR processes.
• Experience with releases and testing.
• Ability to work independently with client stakeholders.
• Very good English skills.
