Zusammenfassung

Join is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM expert to cover Talent Management, Learning and Compensation in a freelance, remote setup. Strong hands-on capability in at least two modules is required, with broad knowledge of Core HR processes.

Responsibilities include functional support, issue analysis, and implementing small enhancements, while coordinating with business stakeholders and handling Oracle releases and testing.

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM expert pool, we are looking for an experienced consultant covering multiple areas across Talent Management, Learning and Compensation.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. We understand that not every consultant covers all three modules at the same depth. Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the three areas is therefore sufficient.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

Tasks

• Functional support for Talent, Learning and/or Compensation
• Issue analysis and bug fixing
• Configuration and optimization of existing processes
• Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
