Job summary

Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant for a long-term freelance remote engagement. The role blends functional payroll expertise with hands-on troubleshooting and integration tasks within Oracle HCM Cloud.

You will handle complex payroll configurations, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula and external payroll interfaces, collaborating across releases, testing and hypercare to ensure smooth operations.

For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant . We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.
