Job summary

Sidekick-Network GmbH in Germany is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant for long-term freelance assignments. This role focuses on supporting an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

You will work remotely, handle Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding configurations, analyze issues, implement enhancements, and assist with releases and testing.

Qualifications

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting.
• Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding.
• Productive configuration and support experience.
• Experience with bug fixing and enhancements.
• Understanding of integration with Core HR.
• Experience with releases and testing.
• Very good English skills.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
