The expert will troubleshoot, optimize, and implement smaller enhancements across recruiting and onboarding workflows. Required are several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, hands-on recruiting/onboarding skills, and strong English.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
