Job summary

Himalayas is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant for long-term, flexible freelance engagements. This role focuses on supporting an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a remote basis.

Responsibilities include support for recruiting and onboarding, analysis, workflow optimization, small feature enhancements, and testing with Oracle releases.

Qualifications

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting.
• Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding.
• Productive configuration and support experience.
• Experience with bug fixing and enhancements.
• Understanding of integration with Core HR.
• Experience with releases and testing.
• Very good English skills.

For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
