Job summary

Sidekick-Network GmbH is seeking an experienced Oracle Time & Labour / Absence Consultant for a long-term freelance engagement. The role is remote, with flexible workload and no guaranteed minimum volume, aimed at supporting an international client with productive issues and functional improvements.

Responsibilities include support for Oracle Time & Labour and Absence, bug fixing, configuration, testing and regression testing, and assessing quarterly release impacts.

Qualifications

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labour.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Absence Management.
• Productive experience in configuration and support.
• Experience with troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula.
• Experience with Oracle releases and testing.
• Very good English skills.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

Project setup:

• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
