The Fleet Account Specialist acts as the deputy to the Fleet Account Lead and is responsible for managing key and complex fleet partners. This role will step in as acting Lead when required, handle advanced negotiations, and resolve escalated operational and compliance‑related cases.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our fleet partner relationships, ensuring operational continuity, excellent performance, and full compliance with our standards. You will act as a key point of contact for both external partners and internal teams, supporting leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing daily operations to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
