• Primary customer contact: As the first point of contact, you support our B2B customers with all questions related to delivery, installation and complaints, ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Process optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions that make our daily operations more efficient, structured and scalable.
• Operational management: You coordinate internal and external partners, monitor timings, responsibilities and open issues, and ensure operational processes mesh cleanly.
• Interface management and communication: You work closely with product development, procurement, logistics, finance and external partners such as installation teams. You build sustainable relationships, establish clear procedures and ensure long-term quality, availability and cost stability.
