This role requires a university degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in Operations Management. • Monitor overall business performance and key operational KPIs.
• Support Senior Management in strategic planning.
• Manage and optimize the order-to-delivery process.
• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership and further development of the Operations team.
• Ensure efficient supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance.
• Act as an interface to the headquarters and selected stakeholders in China.

Your profile

Must-haves

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Operations Management
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven working style
• Proven leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
