Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Wartung, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (HubSpot). Sie erstellen Reports, Analysen und Dashboards zur datengetriebenen Entscheidungsunterstützung und unterstützen unsere Account Executives im Tagesgeschäft.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Optimierung von Workflows, die Dokumentation interner Prozesse und projektbezogene Koordination. Je nach Erfahrung unterstützen Sie Recruiting oder organisatorische/administrative Aufgaben.

Qualifikationen

• Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools.
• Bereitschaft, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und effizienter zu machen.
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
• Sichere Handhabung von Daten, Tabellenkalkulationen und Reporting.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Teams zu unterstützen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Wartung, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (HubSpot).
• Aufbau und Optimierung von Workflows und Automationen.
• Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen und Dashboards zur datengetriebenen Entscheidungsunterstützung.
• Angebote vorbereiten und nachverfolgen; operativer Support für unsere Account Executives.
• Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse.
• Koordination und Ownership von Projekten sowie Unterstützung f Cross-functional Ad hoc topics.
• Unterstützung unserer Sales Managers im Day-to-day-Business.
• Je nach Erfahrung: Recruiting-Unterstützung oder organisatorische/administrative Aufgaben.

Maintenance, structuring and further development of our CRM system (HubSpot); Building and optimizing workflows and automations; Creating reports, analyses and dashboards to support data-driven decisions; Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, and providing operational support to our Account Executives; Documenting and continuously improving internal processes; Coordinating and owning projects as well as supporting cross-functional ad hoc topics; Supporting our Sales Managers in day-to-day operations; Depending on experience: supporting recruiting or performing organizational and administrative tasks
