• Handles unclear or changing requirements with confidence.
• Data-driven decision making and experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
• Interest in automation, digitization or AI.
• Strong communication, assertiveness and teamwork.
• Very good German and good English skills (at least B2).
