Stealth Start-up (Mobility, Berlin) seeks an operations-minded teammate to keep our HQ running and scalable. You will resolve day-to-day questions, manage tickets, and own onboarding and vendor coordination across multiple sites.

You’ll drive process improvements, automate repetitive tasks, and build strong channels with zero-sign-off culture. This role offers close collaboration with the COO and growth opportunities in a fast-scaling company.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C2) required.
• Driver's licence B valid in Germany.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day operations across teams and sites.
• Run ops hotline, manage AI chatbot, coordinate tickets with owners and due dates.
• Set up new B2B customers in systems (incl. HubSpot) and answer questions independently.
• Oversee onboarding of new colleagues to ensure day-one productivity.
• Handle rental site and asset issues; support expansion efforts.
• Identify recurring manual tasks and automate them with tools like n8n.

We're a mobility start-up in stealth mode, backed by top-tier VCs, with 75+ employees and 14+ stores, building a new category in the vehicle inspection market. Our product has NPS scores above 90 and Google ratings between 4.8 and 5.0 stars, in a market where few people saw that coming.

This year we're tripling our revenue. As the operational backbone of our HQ, you'll be the first point of contact that keeps our teams and sites running so the business never stalls. It's a hands-on, high-variety role: you solve the problems of today and build the systems that keep tomorrow's problems from happening in the first place.

If you like waiting for sign-off, this isn't the role for you. You'll work directly with the COO, build channels from zero, and measure your success in results rather than activity.

Tasks

• First point of contact for day-to-day operations: you resolve ad-hoc questions from teams and sites the same day and turn recurring ones into documented, reusable solutions.
• You run our ops hotline, steer our AI chatbot, and coordinate every incoming ticket, each with a clear owner and due date.
• You set up new B2B customers in our systems (incl. HubSpot) and answer customer questions independently.
• You own the operational onboarding of new colleagues end-to-end, so everyone is fully productive on day one.
• You handle issues around rental sites and assets independently, from first report to fix, and support our expansion.
• You spot recurring manual tasks, document them, and automate them (with tools like n8n and AI) to steadily reduce manual work.

Nice to have (mid-term)

• You take on shift planning for our expansion regions and daily operations via OrbitControl and Shiftbase, so every site is staffed and every job assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) is a must.
• Driver's Licence B that is valid in Germany.
• You stay calm and organized even when interruptions pile up, and you prioritize confidently under pressure.
• You're service- and customer-oriented and communicate clearly and in a structured way.
• You're a hands-on person who takes ownership and stays on top of external vendors until the job is done.
• You think in processes, spot potential to automate and improve, and take the initiative yourself.
