J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking a Cost Control Specialist (m/f/d) – Mandarin Speaking to monitor cost KPIs, optimize workforce efficiency, and drive cost savings across our sorting and transit centers in Germany.

You will develop cost models, analyze deviations, coordinate training, and collaborate with centers to raise operational performance. Fluent Mandarin and business German/English required; 2–3 years logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role at a sorting or transit center.
• Experience in logistics operations, workforce management, or cost control.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, shift scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; data analysis tools are a plus.
• Experience in SOP development, employee training, or coaching is an advantage.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and business-fluent German or English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
