Job summary

J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking a proactive Network Planning Specialist to optimize our regional last-mile network and drive efficiency. You will coordinate DSPs, monitor performance KPIs, and support network expansion from our Herrenberg location.

The role requires fluent German and English, plus a driving licence and work permit for Germany. Chinese language skills are a plus, with on-site work in Herrenberg and close collaboration with operations teams.

Qualifications

Fluent German and English are mandatory.
Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
Valid Class B driving licence and valid work permit for Germany required.
Experience in logistics, parcel delivery or last-mile operations.
Experience with DSPs or delivery partners is a strong advantage; strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and optimize regional last-mile delivery network.
Coordinate with delivery partners (DSPs) and logistics providers.
Monitor delivery performance, capacity and operational KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, costs and service quality.
Support network expansion, route planning and partner onboarding.
Work closely with operations teams and regional management.
