Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
  • Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor
  • Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
  • Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
  • Passing on knowledge about product trends and beauty news
Services
  • Continuous further development of your own expertise
  • Sharing your own expertise with the team
  • Short and insightful services in all departments
  • Implementation of beauty classes
  • Responsibility for the Beauty Hub
  • Development of team looks to support brand trends and animations
Operations
  • Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
  • Assortment and merchandise maintenance
  • Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
  • Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
  • Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
  • Support with the conversion / construction of merchandising updates
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Operating cash register
  • Additional tasks related to the daily business
