A Snapshot of Your Day

You are responsible for commissioning complex and customer-specific automation and IT solutions for the control of Command & Control solutions, Power Management Systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), infrastructure supply, and auxiliary systems on offshore HVDC platforms. These platforms are built with international partners and installed worldwide at sea.

How You'll Make an Impact

• You carefully carry out commissioning both at our shipyard partner and on the offshore construction site, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the systems.
• As part of the commissioning, you optimize systems and interfaces and assist in troubleshooting.
• You are the first point of contact for the client on site.
• You advise the customer's operating personnel and provide consulting support for performance changes.
• You are significantly involved in preparing the commissioning documentation and actively represent the company during performance verifications and acceptances with the client.
• You act as an electrical specialist (EFK) to ensure safe working conditions after ECC issuance.

What You Bring

• You have completed a technical degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally in computer science or automation technology.
• You also have several years of relevant professional experience in automation and programming.
• You possess very good knowledge of SIMATIC PCS7. Experience with CopaData Zenon is a definite plus.
• You are an independent, self-reliant, and quality-oriented individual.
• You are a team player with excellent adaptability and openness to other cultures.
• You have very good German and English skills and are willing to undertake both national and international business trips as well as offshore deployments lasting several weeks.
