To support our growing team in London, we are looking for an Office Manager / HR Assistant on a fulltime onsite basis.
The tasks
- General maintenance and upkeep of the office space and supplies.
- Organization of internal and external events as well as travel management.
- Answering incoming calls and receiving guests.
- Be responsible for the accounting of office and team purchases.
- Preparatory bookkeeping and travel expense accounting.
- Communicating with the building management.
- Assist HR Managers with drafting contracts, visa support, holiday / overtime tracking and other general administration.
- Managing the on and off boarding of our artists in the London office.
Ideally you will have
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- A proactive attitude and be able to work independently
- Experience in handling sensitive data in accordance with privacy laws
- A structured, reliable, and organized work style
- Strong knowledge of Office and HR tools (MS Office, Excel and ticketing systems)
