We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to support our growing teams in Münster. This entry‑level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in a dynamic, fast‑growing international environment. The role will serve as the local administrative point of contact, ensuring a well‑organized workspace, supporting employee‑related matters, and managing company fleet operations. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Regional HR Business Partner and collaborate closely with the international Admin/HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administration and office management across European locations
  • Liaise with external office and facility service providers
  • Manage fleet operations for company cars and bikes, including benefit rollout and policy implementation
  • Maintain, update, and produce employee documentation and HR‑related data
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (CSR, ESG, DEI, HR)
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and upkeep of the local office
  • Assist with policy updates and roll‑outs
Candidate Profile
  • Completed vocational training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification, OR minimum 3 years of experience in administration/office management
  • Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured, reliable, and service‑oriented working style
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative
  • Comfortable working in an international, multi‑location environment (US, IND, UK)
