Responsibilities

• Self‑driven manufacturing of cable sets (wire wrap, signal, control and power cables) with varying numbers of conductors and cross‑sections based on wiring lists
• Use of hand and electrical crimp tools to process cables
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Introducing improvement measures within the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Documenting deviations in production records (Rot‑Korrex)

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment, ideally in electrical engineering or switchgear construction
• Craftsmanship skills in the electrical field, preferably in industry or on construction sites (e.g. as electrician or electromechanic)
• Safe reading and understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Experience in creating and documenting production deviations
• Willingness to actively participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Self‑driven, conscientious and precise work style with a high standard of quality
• Employment with a workload of 80‑100%
• Possibility of contract extension
