The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies and track orders through delivery and resolve any issues.

This position is located in Dreieich, Germany and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• We\'re seeking a proactive and organized individual to take ownership of our customer order process. You\'ll play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
• You'll also participate in brief daily team meetings to share updates and work together on ways to enhance our performance and customer satisfaction.
