Are you ready to elevate your career in a fast-paced, global environment? As our Marketing Operations (MOPs) Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting marketing managers across Europe, driving impactful brand elevation and demand generation campaigns that fuel Hologic’s growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, as Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing managers across all divisions in the planning, delivery and implementation of marketing communications activities, at the Regional and country level.
This covers both brand elevation and demand generation activities including, but not limited to, integrated marketing campaigns and ABM campaigns, product launches, event and congress management, content and collateral development, and digital acceleration, to achieve Hologic’s country and EMEAC growth targets. The MOPs Specialist also supports, develops and aligns marketing, marcomm and other associated processes or programs across the divisions and countries and consults on and optimizes commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs to ensure the highest level of utilization, performance and efficiency across all divisions in all regions.
