A financial services company in Rheinland-Pfalz is hiring a Marketing & Communication Officer on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. The role involves developing marketing strategies, ensuring brand alignment, and managing content across various platforms. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Communication and 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong writing skills in English and French.

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with : Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting :
Marketing & Communication Officer (Fixed-term contract - 6 months)
You will work in a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and quality and will be involved in the overall implementation of Arendt’s marketing and communication strategy.
You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communication, Arendt Services’ management and BD team.
Your role :
Development of the marketing and external communication strategy (print & digital);
Ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with Arendt brand standards;
Respond and prioritise communication enquiries;
Organisation, creation and review of Arendt Services’ internal communications (in line with the Arendt strategy);
Work closely with Marketing and Communication to implement Arendt strategy;
Management of cross-functional marketing projects;
Content production for brochures, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, videos, podcasts, website and social media;
Supervision of the linguistic aspects used across all our materials (semantics, tone of voice, etc.);
Maintain the library of slide decks, video and all marketing tools;
Products and firm marketing material development; and coordination with Management and Business development;
Review commercial pitches ;
Your profile :
You hold a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field;
You have 5 years of professional experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably in a professional services or financial services environment;
You have excellent writing and editorial skills in English and French; additional languages are considered an asset;
You are creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of branding and visual identity;
You are experienced in managing content across multiple platforms (social media, CMS, newsletters, etc.);
You are proficient with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CMS, social media management tools; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus);
You are a strong communicator and able to collaborate across departments and teams;
You are well-organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working under tight deadlines;
