Overview
The Marketing & Events Lead will co-work on the development, planning and implementation of marketing projects, the marketing strategy as well as event organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across Region Europe to jointly conduct marketing and communication efforts and ensure they are successful.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Design and deliver events in alignment with the objectives of the company, collaborating with different stakeholders and agencies
- Adapt existing concepts to cultural/regional differences in the 30+ European markets
- Budget management/marketing controlling assistance and support in internal budget tracking
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams (e.g. sales, product, aftersales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness and positioning across all channels
- Research and recommend events, marketing activities and partnerships that enhance brand visibility, drive conversions and increase customer advocacy
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics including event attendance and partnership impact, to measure effectiveness and optimise strategies
- Responsible for ensuring that all communication materials (including price lists and brochures) are complete, aligned with market-specific requirements, and made available in a timely manner for the sales release across all European markets
- Updating and further developing regional website content, with a particular focus on the accuracy and timeliness of the configurator, especially in the context of model year changes
What we’re looking for
- Graduate within a relevant field to include Marketing, Communications, Event or Business Management
- 4 – 6 years proven marketing, project and event management experience either client-side or agency-side
- Experience in the automotive industry, 4x4 is a plus
- International experience with cultural understanding
- Good product and industry knowledge, technical interest and automotive affinity
- General understanding of customer life cycle, understanding of marketing channels
- Customer-centric, able to communicate with customers at events; representative of INEOS at events
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English; German language helpful
- Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
- Full German Driver’s License
