The Manufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d) will support the Manufacturing Engineering Team in building a world-class Manufacturing Automation organization. The role is based near Munich, at our newly renovated factory in Baierbrunn. This is an onsite position. Our vision is to reimagine healthcare through continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage preventive maintenance activities in the production plant
  2. Collaborate with R&D to implement engineering changes
  3. Define manufacturing methods, work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA, and checklists for products
  4. Evaluate investments and assembly times for new production lines and cost-saving initiatives
  5. Define and support testing equipment and validation projects
  6. Lead efforts to eliminate MUDA in production
  7. Drive innovation to improve productivity and automation
  8. Design new packaging methods
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar
  2. 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing process experience
  3. Experience with design change implementation in manufacturing
  4. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and analytics
  5. Experience with Data Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  6. Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and improve productivity
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools
  8. Experience in lean manufacturing, QCC, or Kaizen leadership
  9. Proficiency in English and German is a plus
Preferred Experience:
  1. Manufacturing processes
  2. Implementation of design changes
  3. Document control processes
